Givenchy Takes On Streetwear With (B)Stroy

French luxury fashion house takes on the spirit of Atlanta in a collaboration with Atlanta-born, New York-based experimental streetwear brand B(Stroy). Givenchy creative director Matthew M. Williams teamed up with (B)Stroy co-founders Brick Owens and Dieter Grams to “create an experience beyond fashion that focuses on expressing individual style.”

The capsule collection seeks to fill this brief by looking to the future of fashion through inclusivity, innovative materials, silhouettes, and details. That translates to a new order of ‘essentials’ for men and women, including oversized, draped t-shirts with graphics and all-over prints in bright blue, pink, and yellow on t-shirts and keans. Women’s accessories include limited-edition takes on the Antigona soft, which is adorned with metal charms; as well as the Moon Cut-Out shoulder bag and the G-tote which features a colourful optical print on a denim base. The capsule collection also sees a cropped pink women’s bomber jacket get studded with patches, while the men’s TK-360 returns in new colourways, including a pared-back gradient grey as well as blue/green and red/yellow.

More streetwear-oriented designs include new takes on multicoloured low-top and moon boots, and limited-edition caps with Givenchy and (B)Stroy branding. In menswear, accessories comprise two backpacks — one in a classic shape adorned with (B)Stroy patches, while a G-Zip silhouette showcases a new interpretation of the Givenchy emblem — and a mint green G-Shopper tote that plays host to both the Givenchy 4G emblem in royal blue on one side and (B)Stroy graphics on the other. The capsule is rounded out by customised denim caps and multicoloured tags with Givenchy branding.

The Givenchy x (B)Stroy collection is available via the Givenchy webstore and in selected physical stores.
